STS can accommodate any number of students with any type of schedule. We are able to economically engage a significant workforce for quicker project completion and many of our students are willing to work other than standard business hours to accommodate their class schedules. Our IT students have a large variety of skill-sets; so we are able to take projects from start to finish no matter what skills are required.

Through our relationship with Lawinger Consulting, Inc. (LCI), LCI consultants and STS students can be joined together to give businesses the compliment of seasoned LCI consultants and rising STS students.

Aren't consultants costly?
Budgets don't typically allow a company many choices when it comes to allocation of personnel, especially for non-essential projects. Utilizing an STS student solves this issue. Our students are learning and are looking for real-world experience; therefore they are more economically positioned then standard consultants. You will find our students rates very competitive, even when compared with off-shore alternatives.

Are your employees maxed out?
Most companies are running lean, with every employee stretched across several critical projects. How do you get a new project started? How do you justify taking time away from critical projects?

STS allows companies to keep their employees focused on priority projects. Our consultants are students who are working towards, or have just received, a degree in IT so they are knowledgeable in the field and are looking for experience. STS students are a great choice for maintenance-level projects or for those projects that just don't get the attention needed because of more critical tasks. They can work independently or in conjunction with your employees to get the project completed.

Projects can get behind schedule because the people working on them have run out of ideas or because their focus is needed on more critical projects. Our students bring to the table the technological "know-how", passion and eagerness to work in their field. We've seen "stale" projects jump to life with the involvement of one of our students onto a project.
